If a product offered by MIKOH itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to exchange it in unused condition.

Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our Web site represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. MIKOH does not offer price adjustments or price matching.

With respect to items sold by MIKOH, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system. Promotional Code Terms & Conditions

Please note that these terms and conditions apply to those orders placed in conjunction with a promotional code. Each order is limited to one promotional code. Each promotional code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified. Each promotional code applies to qualifying items. The promotion code is valid for a limited time only. MIKOH reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time. Promotion codes may not be combined with other offers. Limit one promotion code per customer. If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, gift-wrap, and shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount. Void where prohibited. If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid, and the promotional code discount will not apply.
