MIKOH offers store credit for full priced items purchased from MIKOH.COM. 

Returns and exchanges are not offered on sale items purchased from The Outlet, or on purchases with a discount code greater than 20%.

All returns must be clean with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces), free of deodorant stains, and/or makeup, unwashed and with original hang tags attached within 21 days. All returned items must pass sanitary requirements. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to customer. Store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items.

All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credits are nonrefundable. Items purchased from previous collections must abide by previously enforced policies. Items purchased at MIKOH.COM are warrantied for 6 months. MIKOH does not warranty items purchased at trunk shows or any other retailer.

All returns are subject to a handling fee. 

 

Domestic Return Process

  1. Go to https://returns.mikoh.com/
  2. Enter your order number and shipping address zip code to submit your return for store credit
  3. Select the items you'd like to return or exchange
  4. Pay for the shipping fee
  5. Include invoice and clean unwashed, stain free products with hang tags in the original zippy bags, packaging and box
  6. Attach your prepaid FedEx label to the package, and secure with tape
  7. Drop off at your nearest FedEx Office
  8. We will email your store credit or ship your exchange once your return has been processed. Please allow 3 to 5 business days upon receiving your return for your order to be processed.
